The team manager receives the invitation as shown below in his mailbox.

Of course your name will be there instead of Remco.
Then click on the green button with the text 'verify
email address'.
Your web browser will open and show the next image.

Again click the green button but now with the text 'login
to hockey community'.
You will automatically enter the log-in screen of HC - see
the next image.

Because you log in for the first time, no password has
been created yet. Under the green button with the text
'login' you will find the text 'forgot your password'. This
is also a hyperlink. Click it. The next image will appear.
