Always wanted to have a nice and professional photo shoot of yourself in your ice hockey outfit? Those photos that even you look good on
During this edition of ICG it is therefore possible to have a photo shoot made. We have arranged a special space on the ice rink as a photo studio.
Through proper exposure and positioning you get beautiful digital photos of yourself in different positions. From a series of photographs the three best will be chosen. These are then three different positions. These will be processed.
The photos are not printed out because we simply do not have the options on the ice rink. You will receive the photos digitally in your mailbox.
Below are some examples of already taken photo shoots.
Hopefully you will find the result beautiful and we can greet you in our temporary studio.
To give everyone a chance to make a good shoot, a photo session is about 20 minutes. That is why we would like you to order a ticket in advance through our webshop. Look at your game schedule to make sure you don’t have to play. The photoshoot is NOT on the ice! When you get your ticket, the time is indicated with @. So for example if you booked a ticket for Friday morning at 10:30 the ticket says 08/31/2018 @ 10:30
A photo shoot costs 17.50 euros. A keepsake for life.

Always wanted to know who has the best shot on your team?
We designed 2 challenges for you this year at Island Cup Games. As a team you can nominate a player that shows his/her skills for free (one for the accuracy challenge and one for the hardest shot challenge). Every other player that challenges him pays € 2,00 for a try at the hardest shot or most accurate shot competition. Â
Shooting accuracy challenge:
- A player gets 10 pucks shoots them from a fixed location.
- You need to hit a target.
- The amounts of hits gives you a score with a maximum of 10/10.
Hardest shot challenge:
- A player gets 3 pucks and needs to shoot them as hard as possible.
- The only requirement is that you hit the net.
- The hardest shot out of the 3 is the score you get.
For both challenges you can buy a personalized shirt printed with your score on it.

As you might have noticed by the different products passing by on social media: our memorabilia shop is opened. Every day we have new products to choose from.
Memorabilia for the players
Every edition every player in Island Cup Games gets a small reminder of Island Cup Games from us, almost always in the form of a (sports) t-shirt. And every edition we receive requests from you guys for additional memorabilia in the form of trendy t-shirts, mugs, hoodies and the like. For men but also for women. That’s why we decided to give everyone the opportunity to purchase (in advance of Island Cup Games) additional memorabilia with Island Cup Games prints or other ice hockey prints. All unique designs you won’t find anywhere else. We also thought of the significant others, for example when a little new ice hockey player is born 😉
Be aware of the following
When you order in our shop we will NOT ship to your home address. After you pay the order, we will make the order and hand it to you when you come to Dordrecht, The Netherlands for Island Cup Games 2018 (August 31st – September 2nd)
Also be aware that the product pictures shown on the webshop can be slightly different than the real product. Always look at the unprinted products to see the actual product. And al the apparel has size tables, so you can order the right size

This year we will be having our tournament with 12 teams. We had some last minute changes. The provisional game schedule is made and we are in full prep mode. A lot of things has to be done in the final month before Island Cup Games starts. We are looking forward to seeing a lot of our old friends, but also a lot of new friends this year.

Competition
On Friday, Saturday and Sunday morning the teams will play within their own Poule. That will give a standing after the first round. And on Sunday afternoon the teams will play against the team with the same standing in the other poule. This way we get the overall winner of Island Cup Games.
